As you know we are truly delighted with our new home. Living in Australia and trying to buy a property in France was both exciting and daunting at the same time. When we contacted your agency we were struck by the amount of support and assistance you all gave us at every step of the process. This allowed us to feel totally secure during the purchase and afterwards. Despite all the research we had done prior to contacting you, nothing had really prepared us for the process of buying, French Character Homes made it all so easy as you were there at each step explaining everything - and translating!! Accompanying us to all meetings to translate and assist was invaluable to us personally.

Not only did you do all this - you were so enjoyable to deal with at all times.

I think the most impressive part has been the assistance given after the purchase, initially helping us with setting up utilities and still - 3 months on - you are happy to answer questions. We really never expected a Real Estate Agency to be so honest and straightforward whilst at the same time to be such fun to deal with!! You gained our respect within minutes of our first meeting.

We look forward to our visits to France now, not only to see our beautiful house but to catch up with you all - and hopefully one day purchase another home!!
